At X-All, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your X-All account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
